Kerry Jolly started coaching ASA softball in 1996 as a coach of the
Kentucky Tomboys slow pitch team, winning the ASA 12U Kentucky
State Slow Pitch Championship in 1997.
After making the transformation to fastpitch in 1998 as the
Outlaws, he has coached teams to ASA State titles six times,
finishing Runner-Up three other times. His teams have been
Regional Runner-Up four times, winning one regional qualifier.
Coach Jolly has taken teams to four ASA National tournaments,
placing second in the ASA 16U Northern National tournament.
Coach Jolly has had 32 players to continue their softball careers in
college, with 13 of the 32 going to NCAA Division I schools,
including Louisiana State University and The University of Kentucky
from the SEC and Florida International University from The Sunbelt
Conference.
We are proud and privileged to be able to induct Kerry Jolly into the
Kentucky Softball Hall of Fame & Honor.
